On the old SPS commerce site, we had a template for Canadian orders. When we moved to the new SPS the only template was for US funds orders. Can the Candian template be moved to the new SPS Commerce site?

Hello Rhoda,

This depends on how old your templates were. Any templates older than 25 months will no longer be accessible. Retailers will usually perform updates every 1-2 years to their forms, so to ensure that you are using accurate forms for your templates, new versions should be created once every two years. For any older templates, you will need to re-create them.

If your template was newer than two years old, you may need to clear your Temporary Internet Files for them to appear properly. You can do so following the instructions in the link below:
