TAX VALUE EXCEEDS THE TOLERANCE FOR THE LINE ITE

I have imputed the HST charge and 13%, SPS will automatically come out with the calculation of the amount, which matches my invoice amount at the end but i got rejected message showing the TAX VALUE EXCEEDS THE TOLERANCE FOR THE LINE ITE. I have inputed 6 invoices but got rejected 4 of them so far. should i resubmit the invoice after the problem is resolved.
Please kindly help

Hello Jordan!

Thank you for contacting SPS Commerce Support. After looking into Loblaws specifications and reviewing the invoice that you sent off of the PO above, it appears the issue is that Loblaws expects you to add the tax according to the ship to location and not the bill to location. So in the case of the PO above, the ship to's jurisdiction code is SK and thus should have a tax of 5% added to the invoice. You will want to correct the rejected invoices by recreating off of the orders and using a new invoice number (or adding an "A" to the end of the original one).
