Hi,

When initially being set up, I remember seeing the "Product Activity Data" in our Inbox, but it is now gone. Where can I locate this?

Good morning Jolie,

Thank you for your post!  I took a look through your account and you are correct, you received Product Activity Reports last October/November.  It appears your Trading Partner has not continued to send them since.  Below is a screenshot of the reports as well as the search criteria I used to find them.  Essentially, they are archived as your mailbox is set up to archive after three months.  To change this, please select "Preferences" along the left-hand side and you will see Months in Mailbox.  This can be adjusted up to 12 months.
