So sorry for the delay in reply!

I'm not sure what exactly would be creating the system issues for the program.  There are a number of factors that could be going into this.

If they are not stemming from a browser issue or a communication issue with the printer, you may be experiencing a unique issue. I would recommend calling the Support Team so they can hop on a desk top share and troubleshoot the issue in the moment.
