system not responding

Bijur Delimon International - I have the po and have Java is update.  I have delete history etc.  but still will not connect and the "Internet Explorer is not responding" after I hit the first "Run"  I have had problems with this system for months now.  please help

Good afternoon Bijur-

Thank you for posting to the Support Center!

Normally when we see that error with "Internet Explorer is not responding" we try to uninstall and re-install java because more than likely there is a corrupt version of java on your computer. You can install and uninstall Java by following the below steps:
  1. Go to Java.com
  2. Click on the big red "Free Java Download"
  3. Follow the prompts on the screen to download Java
  4. Once the download is complete it will ask you if you want to uninstall older versions of java that are on your computer - make sure you do this
  5. Once complete it will prompt you to Verify Java and you will want to follow the steps to do that
  6. if it verifies, then try and load a form in your account
If this still does not work then I would advise downloading our preferred browser, Mozilla Firefox and try loading forms in there. The only issue you may run into there would be the below:
  • Once you try and load a form it may stall at the "Please wait your forms are loading..." screen
  • If it does this, check for a red "lego" looking piece in the upper left hand corner and change both of the plugins to "Allow and Remember"
