Wish the integration for web forms and SPS was seamless with Mac's.

Hi Justin, Thank you so much for sharing your input here in the Support Center - this is definitely something that has been on our radar! We recognize that more and more of our customers are using Mac's and while our Customer Operations team does what we can to assist those customers, working with WebForms on a mac is not as seamless or smooth as we'd like it to be. What sorts of issues have you run into when working with WebForms on a mac? Loading forms, printing labels, using advanced functions like auto-complete? The more detail you are able to provide, the better we will be able to address your needs in the future.

All of the above. The UX is not pleasant for our end users when they need to use Web Forms. The login looks odd. There is a laundry list.

Any idea when this can be resolved?

In regards to a timeline, I would have to rely on our WebForms Product Manager. I have notified him of this post and will see if we can at least get a rough idea of where this request is at in the product road map. Stay tuned to this thread for updates!

Obviously it is still not on the radar, being 3 years.  Not sure why it will not work on a Mac.  Or why it will not work in Chrome on a Mac.  Also saving a file as PS instead of the STANDARD PDF is beyond me.

Hi Justin,

Thanks for the feedback. We are well aware of the need for better support of Mac OS users within WebForms. Unfortunately, I can't commit to putting a Mac OS project on the development schedule until we make progress in some other areas.

Would you mind providing a few details on what you think we need to do to make your Mac OS experience is more seamless? If there is anything we can do to improve your specific experience short of the full scale project, I'd like to see what we can do. Also, I'd love to hear more about the login screen/process.

Thanks,
Colin

Hi all,

As we continue to review the options for better Mac support in WebForms, we've compiled two training guides (based on Mac OS versions) that provide more instruction on how to optimize WebForms on a Mac computer. Take a look at, and let us know if this helps!

Michael... is the above still valid?
I really wish you guys would move quicker on Mac OS X compatability.
