I am currently in the process of integrating invoices created in NetSuite with SPS. Up until now, I would create an invoice in NetSuite and then manually create the same invoice in SPS, submitting them individually to our customers. I am trying to now have them automatically submitted whenever I create an invoice in NetSuite. I'm noticing when the invoice I've created in NetSuite shows up here in SPS, they no longer appear in the "Sent" folder as they did when entering them manually. Instead, they appear in the inbox along with new orders. Is this by design, or is this a problem that needs addressing? When I go to the individual purchase order, the invoice appears sent with no errors. Those invoices not appearing in the sent folder is the only worry I've got. Does what I'm asking make any sense?

Nathan,

What you are stating makes perfect sense and I understand your confusion. Why would a document you send show up in your inbox? Here is the answer though! This is done by design. When you send the invoice from your integrated system two things will happen. It will send to your trading partner and it will also send a copy to your WebForms account, and because it is being sent to your WebForms account it shows up in the inbox. This is in place so that this information is able to post to the AdHoc reporting tool to give you further visibility into the dataflow of your documents.

If you have further questions regarding any of this, I would recommend reaching out to our Support Team at 888-739-3232 and they can help walk through any other questions you may have.
