Submitted Invoice Showing Sent in NetSuite is Nowhere to be Found in SPS

I'm in the process of integrating NetSuite invoices with SPS. With the two most recent partner's invoices I'm working on, when I create their invoice in NetSuite its integration status shows as "Sent." This obviously suggests there were no errors. However, I'm big on double checking myself, so I like the idea of being able to flip over to SPS and review the document I just created and submitted as it would look from the eyes of my customer. This is also helpful when a customer comes to me later asking about particular invoices. Having a trail of that invoice in SPS always helps. These two most recent customer's invoices do not show up in SPS at all though. With other customers, I could look up their PO number in SPS and the invoice from NetSuite showed up as a related document. These previous customer's invoices were also sent to my Inbox in Webforms. Is this by design, or is this an issue that possibly needs to be addressed? The SPS guy who has been walking me through this integration process says from his end the invoices show as sent with no errors and that I shouldn't be worried. However, the idea of not being able to double check myself or have a trail of those invoices in SPS makes me a little paranoid. He said to reach out here for a possible answer.

As in your last post, yes this is done by design. Furthermore, there is a tool you have access to that will give you much greater insight than just checking for the invoices in WebForms as well as this will just show that they have been sent and nothing else.

This additional tool is called Adhoc Reporting. Below is a link that you should find very helpful. There is a video on this page, but more importantly, I would recommend checking out the link right below the video that says Ad Hoc Reporting User Guide!
