Why can't I input information into the fields on my invoice?

Can only enter the Invoice number and then all other fields will not allow access to enter anything. Then document goes to draft and is blank

Hey Tanya! Thank you for your post. It seems that the form did not load correctly. Please complete the following steps to clear your Java Cache and Browser Temporary Internet Files. After you have completed the steps below, close out of the browsing window, open a new window, log back into WebForms, and load the form again. In addition, please see this Clearing Java Temporary Internet Files video for your reference. This should resolve the issue.

Clearing Java Cache:

1. Click on your start menu
2. Choose control panel
3. Double-click on the Java icon
4. The Java Control Panel should appear
5. Click on 'Settings' beneath 'Temporary Internet Files'
6. Click 'Delete Files'
7. Have both 'Application and Applets' and 'Trace and Log Files' selected and click 'OK'
8. Click 'OK' two more times to get out of the Java Control Panel

Clearing Temporary Internet Files (Internet Explorer)

1. Click on 'Tools' which will be located on your Menu Bar
2. Select Internet Options
3. Click on 'Delete' under Browsing History
4. Only check Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, and History
5. Click 'Delete'

Clearing Temporary Internet Files (Firefox)

1. Click on 'Tools' which will be located on the Menu Bar
2. Select 'Clear Recent History'
3. Select 'Everything' in the Time Range to Clear section
4. Only check 'Cookies' and 'Cache'
5. Click 'Clear Now'
