Stability Issues with Fulfillment site

When in the middle of entering ASN's or purchase order acknowledgements, screen reverts back to log-in screen without warning and everything previously entered is lost.  This computer is using Internet Explorer 11 Version 11.0.9600.18816.  It is operating on an HP Elitedesk 800 with Windows 7 SP1 64 bit operating system.  Why is it so unstable?

We typically recommend that customers use either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox when working in their Fulfillment accounts. If you continue to have issues while using one of the two browsers mentioned above, I would recommend clearing cache and cookies as well. If you continue to have issues while using these troubleshooting steps, you may need to reach out to your IT staff to figure out what is causing this issue.

i use firefox for this program and the same thing happens to me as well its not very often but very annoying when it does
