Was there any maint this weekend?  We received a message from Walmart indicating they could not make an AS2 connection.  We wanted to see if that issue was a result of a live problem or if it is just a maint window which we missed an email on.

Great question, Rob.  There was actually an issue with our AS2 connection for a brief period yesterday.  I am still looking for further information as far as the extent of the issue goes, however I can direct to manually process the inbound data from yesterday in the meantime.

Within Retail Link (Walmart's portal), you will want to navigate to your GEM mailbox.  From here, you should be able to "batch search" on the lefthand side.  Within this, there will be an option to requeue or retransmit any missing data. 

I am not overly familiar with Retail Link and will have to ask that you call them at 479-273-8888 (option 2, 3) for further assistance.  I hope my above directions are sufficient as I hate to direct you elsewhere.
