SPS says invoice completed but amazon.com did not receive

Last week amazon.com requested an open invoice statement. I sent it to them and they replied today with a list of about 50 invoices they never received. I looked them up on SPS and it says they were completed. I went through my paperwork and see they were sent through. It is interesting though because it is very random throughout the Journal. It is not the whole journal, nor a certain part. I have made a spreadsheet with all of the information and can get that to you upon request.
