SPS portal issue

When logging into the SPS portal, There is an Oracle Id Management, Single Sign-on server error, Not permitted access.

User name, Sean kennedy

I have ensured Java was installed and reset IE settings to default. Cleared the credential paths to default.

Good morning Michael,

Sounds like you have done your research, much appreciated!  Generally, when I see this, it is either an issue with a bad favorite (or link), or an issue with IE settings, which you have already confirmed is not the case.

Do you mind doing the following?
  1. Clear your temporary internet files
  2. Restart your browser
  3. Navigate to www.spscommerce.net (without using a current link or favorite)
  4. Attempt to sign in
If this works, feel free to add the new link as a favorite.

If this does not work, please let me know and we will look into other troubleshooting steps.
