What is Training Center?
Training Center is an on-demand learning platform that is home to an ever-expanding library of training content specific to your relationship with SPS Commerce and your trading partner community.  You must be an SPS Commerce Customer to receive a Training Center account.  What's more? It is entirely free to you and any additional users at your company!

Will there be content for every Trading Partner of mine?
Very likely, no. As our Customer Training & Education Team is creating as many partner-specific courses as possible, it does take time to create such content.  The good news - we are releasing courses on a consistent basis!

Don't have an account?
Not to worry!  Simply following the link to Training Center below, and select the option at the bottom of the screen stating that you are a "Current SPS Commerce customer but do not have an account."  Simply fill out one form for each user that should have an account and we will enroll you in the relevant training materials available!

Why wait, head there now!

How can I actually sign up for Training Center?

There is NOT an option at the bottom of the screen stating that you are a "Current SPS Commerce customer but do not have an account." Is there any update on how I can register and login to the training center?

You are absolutely correct, it appears to have vanished on us for the moment.  Please click here to access the form and thank you for the heads up!  We are working to resolve this and will update you once we have done so.

Hi Alberto,
We've done some updates to the Training Center login process.  You no longer need to request an account.  You can click "Begin" or "Log In to Training Center" on the home page https://trainingcenter.spscommerce.com/ and create your own account there.  Once you create an account you will be provided the courses relevant to your  business.

I want to take a Webinar for training on transitioning from Webform Fulfillment  to Fulfillment and I cannot get access to the Webinar and I can't seem to get registered with an account.  I keep getting that I have requested an Account and that I will receive an invitation within one business day.

I am sorry for the issues here.  It appears the email we were enrolling for your account was not exactly the email you signed up with here on Support Center.  Would you like me to send an invite to the email you used for your account here?
