Thank you for posting to the Support Center!

It looks like you are missing some mandatory segments in the EDI data that you sent over. You will need to add those and re-send. I would advise reaching out to MCX to get updated specifications if you do not have those on-hand so that you are certain you get all 'Mandatory' fields in the data.

The fields that I saw that you were missing are as follows:

  • HL Segment
  • PRF Segment
  • MAN Segment
  • LIN Segment
  • SN1 Segment
  • CTT Segment
