My users are trying to create a smart list that shows all the items we have in our inventory with their respective UPC codes.  Even after selecting "All Columns" from the selection box.  Is there a way to get the EDI UPC code column to show up in the list of 'selectable' columns in the smart list builder?

Thanks.

Hi Bryan,

We had to purchase an add-on program to Dynamics GP, Smartlist Builder to create a smart list like this.  It gives you access to all tables instead of the "out of the box" smart lists that Dynamics GP comes with.  You would need to contact your Dynamics support company to purchase this product.
(or they might be able to build you this one smartlist without purchasing the whole package, depends on the type of support you get)

Thanks,
Pam

You can link the EDI table that contains the EDI item information into your Smart List assuming you are using Smart List Builder to create a custom Smart List.  Add a table that is linked to Item Master table.  The table is in the Process Logic dictionary and is called J_Item. You can link the Item Number field from Item Master to Item Number field in the J_Item table.  That will expose the EDI information for that item.
