Forms are slow to load

I have been trying to invoice since last week and everytime I try, the system is moving very slow, I wait over 5 min for the forms to come up. Sometimes they don't even show up and I am left having to log out. Please help so I can get these invoices through.

Hi Cindy!

When an issue like this occurs, it is always closely related to your Internet browser and Java version.

If you haven't already viewed our system troubleshooting video(s), I would definitely give it a try! Specifically the top 3 sections:

1. Clear TIFs and cookies from browser
2. Clear Java temporary files
3. Check and update Java version
