I had 6 orders I needed to print shipping labels for this morning. I created the ASN's and then tried to print the labels. After wasting an hour waiting for them to open, I finally logged out and closed my browser, then went back in. Your system would allow me to print one set of labels, then I would have to log out and close my browser again before I was able to access the next set. Am I doing something wrong, or is this some new system glitch?

Hi Pam,

Thank you for your post, and I apologize for the delay.  You definitely should not have to log out between printing labels. The issue you are having sounds like it might be related to java.  I've provided some steps below to help you clear out java temporary internet files.  This should help.

1. Click on your start menu
2. Choose control panel
3. Double-click on the Java icon
4. The Java Control Panel should appear
5. Click on 'Settings' beneath 'Temporary Internet Files'
6. Click 'Delete Files'
7. Have both 'Application and Applets' and 'Trace and Log Files' selected and click 'OK'
8. Click 'OK' two more times to get out of the Java Control Panel

Once you have cleared your Java cache, please close your internet browser and log back in.  Then, load the shipping labels and send. This should resolve the error, and you should not have to.

In addition, there is another way to print labels through the select an action menu as well.  This will prevent you from having to load them up first to print them. Please check the status box to the left of the shipment and choose 'Print Labels and Warehouse Documents' from the Select an Action drop down menu at the bottom.

If you are still having issues loading and printing shipping labels after completing the trouble shooting steps above, please let me know!
