we have two problems with the shipping labels.
First problem, The letters of some words cover each other. Our computer team tried to print the labels on all sorts of formats from different printers and from several different servers we use at NJ and France, but all printed labels showed the same problem.
Second, the label of carton that contains multiple styles, shows only the details of one style on the contents square. The color and size fields say "mixed".

Hi Carmela,

Often times when the text on the label is not formatted properly it is due to an issue with how the printer/internet browser is setup. Ensure zoom settings in both the browser and the printer preferences are set to 100% One option would be print to PDF using an application such as CutePDF and examine if the issue is still occurring.

In regard to your second question, retailers will typically not require item specific information to be included on the label for mixed sku cartons as all item information may not fit on the label. The label currently being used is within JC 5 star's specifications.

Thanks a lot.

First, I'll forward you expaination to our computer guy, to make sure thing are being done correctly.
Second, I wasn't aware to JC's 5 Star's new specifications that don't require that carton content will appear on labels. Your reply was very helpful!
