Dear SPS, when we try to print the UCC 128 lables in the format of "legal size" (4 labels in one page), it didn't print out correctly. The labels on the right size was cut and the "function buttons" were also printed. Note we were using the "Print" function on the Java page, NOT the browser's print function. It was working yesterday but not today. Can you check and get it fixed?

Hi Sunny,

Thank you for posting in the Support Center! I'm sorry you are having trouble with the labels. We can certainly try to help. Usually printing issues have to do with either browser settings or printer settings. You did mention is was working fine the day before. Did you change which browser or printer you are using?

I've included some tips for printing below. Please let me know if you are still experiencing problems. It would be helpful to know 1) Which browser you are using and 2) If you are trying to print to a printer or print to PDF.

1. Ensure that the printer you are printing to is the Default printer by going to your Start menu on your computer->Devices and Printer->and right clicking the printer you are using and set it to "default."
2. Ensure that the Preferences in WebForms are set to Legal size by going to "Preferences" on the left hand side of WebForms and setting the "Label Paper Size" to "Legal."

If you are still experiencing problems, it might be best to troubleshoot over the phone. You can certainly call us 24/7 and 1-888-739-3232 option 1, 1. Thank you, and let me know if you have any other questions!

Hi.

We try to print on Zebra Printers: Fail,  print on Legal Paper from SPS commerce legal form using .17 and .25 on margins: fail.,  is no way to print directly from SPS commerce software the margins on top and bottom are out.

Install dummy PDF printer http://cutepdf.com.   , then print to a file on CutePDF printer installed before. (pdf) , then you can print from the document on PDF using the option Fit , on legal paper.  4    labels 4'x6".

FROM SPS COMMERCE THE ONLY SOLUTION IS IF YOU CHANGE THE LEGAL FORMS WITH LABELS 6 1/2" X 4".   NOT EASY TO FIND,  OR 7''X 4".

XAVIER.

Hi Xavier,

Thank you for utilizing the Support Center!  I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulties printing your labels.  While CutePDF generally works well, it is troubling that none of the other options are working for you.  I printed labels from your account on both legal and 4x6 just now, both without trouble.  This leads me to believe there is a printer setting not pulling correctly.  When printing with the Zebra printers, do you have the printer set as the default printer?  I have seen it where the default printer's settings override the printer you select.

We are having this issue this morning with the function buttons printing on the labels. This has never happened before. I checked our default printer settings and the SPS preference settings and all appears correct.
