While printing issues can be a result of various issues, below are the most common troubleshooting steps we see success with. 

  1. Ensure that the printer you are printing to is the Default printer by going to your Start menu on your computer->Devices and Printer->and right clicking the printer you are using and set it to "default."
  2. Ensure that the Preferences in WebForms are set to the size paper you are printing to.  You can check by going to "Preferences" on the left hand side of WebForms and setting the "Label Paper Size" to your desired size.
  3. Ensure margins for your browser and printer are correct, according to the size you are printing.  Generally, you will want margins at or close to 0.0
