How do I update my Ship From address?

My warehouse has relocated and now has a new address. How to I change that so when I generate ASN's the correct address defaults to the ship from area?

Hi Kim, Thank you for posting your question! Most forms have an option to set a default Ship From address. It looks like your Zappos.com ASN has the address information defaulted. To update this take the following steps:


  1. Open "Preferences" from the left-hand navigation bar

  2. Click over to the "Defaults" tab

  3. Select your trading partner from the drop-down list

  4. Choose the form for which you'd like to adjust/set the defaults

  5. Expand and locate the fields you would like to adjust/set

  6. Ensure the "Activate Defaults" box is checked

  7. Click "Save" and "Close"



The next form you create will have your updated defaults applied! Please let us know if you have any further questions and have a great day.
