Filter Box Field Overview
Filter Box Fields (pictured below) are selection tools that allow you to select product and location attributes to display in the Data Display Table.  These attributes allow for deeper levels of analysis.

User Filter Box Field functionality, you have the ability to drill-down and explore your data in many different configurations.

Examples of Filter Box Fields
Below are examples of Filter Box Fields you may see in your Reports.  Check with your SPS Account Team for a full listing of Filter Box Fields.  We also offer many customized Filter Box Fields.

Filtering on a Single Attribute
To filter on one attribute, click on a Filter Button to open the drop-down menu.

A menu (pictured below) will open.  This menu contains all of the attributes in the Filter Box Field.  Make a selection by clicking on one of the attributes and then click the OK button.

Click Cancel if you wish to close the Filter Box Field drop-down menu.

When you make a selection from the Filter Box Field drop-down, your Data Display Table will change and report on the attribute you have selected from your Filter Box Field.

In the example above, only Countryside Mall products would be displayed in the Data Display Table.

Filtering on Multiple Attributes
To filter on more than one attribute, click on a Filter Button to open the drop-down menu.

Check the box next to Select Multiple Items, located at the bottom of the scroll menu.

Check boxes will populate next to all of the available attributes.

Left click on the checkmark next to (All) to deselect all of the attributes, then go back in and recheck the only attributes you wish to view in the Data Display Table (use the scroll to view more options).

Click OK to finish or Cancel to exit out of the menu.

In this example, the Data Display Table will not only show products under Countryside Mall, but also for Citrus Park and Lakeland Square.
