Several Invoice Transmissions sent to SPS not received by Grainger

Situation we experience randomly each quarter: Our company pushes 856 & 810s into SPS Commerce's "in folder" for transmission to Grainger. Periodically Grainger will contact me stating they have no receipt of the 856 & 810s so assume orders are unfifilled thereby causing concern for our account manager and Grainger's customers. Up to now, there were a few but this list is larger.

We reviewed our IT processes and all records successfully transmitted. Occassionally we receive an error message stating, "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive"; however, details of what record is involved isn't available so unsure if this situation with Grainger not receiving our 856 & 810s is related. I have several recent issues I need help so I can provide Grainger with a resolution.

Did SPS has a receipt log of receiving specific 856 & 810s? PO 4617279843/invoice 1130611 856 & 810 sent 4/19/16 16:10 CST; PO 4617398175/invoice 1134194 sent 5/3/16 14:30 CST; PO 4617466154/invoice 1137485 sent 5/17/16 11:20 CST; PO 4617503337/invoice 1138094 sent 5/19/16 8:40 CST and invoice 1139456 sent 5/25/16 9:00 CST; PO 4617522687/invoice 1140276 sent 5/27/16 9:30 CST; and PO 4617553718/invoice 1139963 sent 5/26/16 9:20 CST.
Any assistance with understand what may be happening and how I can prevent it in the future is appreciated.
