Setting up EDI with Transworld

We were getting order notification from SPS through portal.

Now the same thing has started for Transworld order and we are getting notification from the same portal.

 

In India we have other team who is taking care of Transworld order (Group email ID is transworld@justfunky.com) so we want  that Transworld group should get notification only for their orders but not change for Spencer’ s PO.

 

Can you please setup this process so that we can get notification through EDI on the correct groups

Hello Narender,

We will only be able to send all notifications to the same email groups. For example, you can have all notifications go to your email, all notifications go to your India team's email, or all notifications go to both, but we cannot split up the notifications to have emails for Trans World go to one email and Spencers go to another.

You can decide which emails will get all notifications in your Company User Admin settings. You will need to log into WebForms, and click on "Company User Admin" on the left-hand side menu. You will locate your username and click the pencil icon to edit. When you are in the editing permissions page, you can enter what email addresses should get all notifications at the top of the page.

HI Allie,

Could you pls suggest if we want to setup the EDI to split up the notification for each group , do i need to create another user account .

Hello Narender,

To split up email notifications, you would need a whole separate WebForms account and separate connections for that account. Instead of adding a user, you would need two completely different WebForms accounts for your company. You would need to speak to our sales team for that to happen.
