Setting up a 2nd user to access PO's

We are trying to establish a second user for our SPS account. She was given a sign on, but still does not have access to view PO's in the WebForms page

Thank you posting in the Support Center!

If I'm understanding the issue correctly: you have a second username and password for your WebForms account, and the person is able to log in, but they are not seeing any documents in the account?

You are seeing them in the administration account, but not the other one.

For this, you may need to set up the permissions for this account to allow the person to see the documents.  This is customer owned and maintained, however, not used very often so most do not know how to do that.

To give the second user access to the documents:  Log into the administration account and navigate to the newsfeed page.  You may start on this page, or if you start in your inbox, click on the blue SPS Commerce logo on the upper left hand side.

From there, click on company user admin.  This will bring you to a page where you see both the usernames for the account.  Click on the edit pencil for the new username. That will bring you to the place where you can both change the email notifications for new documents and where you can activate which documents the second username can view and work with.

You will want to pick all for the trading partners from the drop-down menu and then go through and select read or read/write for all the documents you would like them to have access to.

Save and close that screen, refresh your screen, and log into the second username.  If you still do not have access to those documents, you will need to call in and we can take a look at your settings.  Please call the WebForms Customer Support line and they will be able to take a look on a desk top share.
