I receive several notifications a day on new PO's and occasionally a change request. I wish there was a different subject line for 'change' requests. They blend in with my new PO emails and I usually miss the change request.

Hi Nick,

Thank you for posting your suggestion on the Support Center, it is always appreciated!  This makes a lot of sense given you have to scroll through the email to find the document type.  I have passed this along to the Product Team and we should receive a response here on the Support Center, stay tuned!

In the interim, I am thinking we could set up a rule within Outlook that alerts you and/or sends the email to a folder based on the content in the email (Change Request).  Of course, this would be a workaround and would require the use of Outlook, however it may be valuable in what you are looking for.

Last September we implemented an update to our new document notifications that includes both the Retailer Name and the Document Type in the subject e.g. New WebForms Documents: APR Energy (PO Change, Purchase Order). Are you not seeing this on your notifications?

No, I am not. My subject line is always "New WebForms Documents".

I'd suggest checking and updating your new document email notification Preference to "One per partner" instead of "Aggregate" and this should resolve the issue for you.
