Sent document has not been received by trading partner: NOT bold in sent folder

If a document your have sent is in your Sent folder and is NOT in bold, SPS Commerce has received an Acknowledgement (997) from your Trading Partner.  While this indicates the document has hit their system, your Trading Partner may ask for retransmission.  To do so, please follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Locate the document in your sent folder and place a checkmark in the Status column.
  2. From the Select an Action menu, select “requeue”
  3. You should receive a window with the status of the action.  If you get a “failed” message, please contact SPS Commerce via chat, email or phone.
