If a document you have sent is in bold in your Sent folder and your Trading Partner has indicated that they have not received the document, please collect the below information and contact SPS Commerce via chat, email or phone. Please note that depending on how your Trading Partner is set up, it may take upwards of multiple hours to receive the acknowledgement of receipt (997).
Recommended Information to Gather:
- Document Identifier (ie. Invoice number)
- Purchase Order number (if relevant)
- Date of transmission
