Sent ASN on accident, instead of RPA request.

I sent an ASN for a Canadian Tire order (04128515) when I meant to send the RPA.  How do I re-open that purchase order?

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

I have made the Purchase Order Acknowledgement, RPA, and Invoice option available for you on this order. For the ASN, Canadian Tire's system only accepts one copy of the ASN, so you would need to reach out to them to ask them to purge the mistaken ASN from their system to allow you to send another one.

Thank you. Allie! It still isn't allowing me to submit the RPA request. I've tried logging out and back in, and opening in a new browser.

On my end, I can see that the RPA is open for you. I would recommend calling into our WebForms support team at (888) 739-3232, Option 1, Option 1 for more specific assistance.
