Thanks for your post! In order to combine two POs into 1 ASN, you can check the box to the left of each PO from your Inbox, then go to the Select an Action menu at the bottom of WebForms and choose "AutoComplete." Then, you would choose the ASN option, and it will create a draft in your Drafts folder of an ASN with both POs on present on the 1 ASN. You are able to edit that Draft with the information you have, and then save it and view the Shipping Labels from there.
Please let us know if you have any other questions! We are more than happy to help.

Are you shipping these 2 POs to one DC? If so, the option that I believe will work best for you is the "Advance Ship Notice: Pick & Pack- DC" rather than the DSD option. The DSD option will only split out 1 per store for 1 order, and it does not appear to let you add multiple orders with multiple stores. Please let me know if that option works for you, and if it doesn't, are you able to provide the PO numbers so I can look at a specific situation?
Thank you!

The POs under discussion are 16695889 and 18006623. I'm thinking to just create separate ASNs at this point.

If they are going to different DCs, you will need to create multiple ASNs in this case. Please let us know if you have any other questions!

Apologies for the slow response here! I completely understand the situation and should have a fairly easy remedy for you. Do you mind trying the following?
- Click the Search icon near the upper right-hand side of your screen. This will load the Advanced Search screen.
- Enter the first PO number, followed by a comma and your next PO number in the search field.
- Uncheck the Exact Match checkbox above the ID field. This is important to ensure both results come up. Please see the screenshot below:
- Fill in the other fields as applicable to your situation.
- Click the blue Search button.

Hello Support,
I understand the last reply in this thread. I have the same issue, but with one difference, I have already created an ASN for 19 PO's to one Dick's Sporting Goods DC using Pick & Pack option. My issue is a 20th PO that needs to be part of this shipment. Is there a way to add this PO to the existing ASN without entering all 20 PO numbers, separated by commas, as described in the above post?
Thanks
Mike Maratea
