Hello,

Thank you for posting to the Support Center.  Those sound like text messages from Target.  They are messages from a trading partner that are communicated through SPS to the other trading partner that just communicate some information they would like you to know.

Unfortunately, they are usually error notifications.  If the document they are naming in the message was transmitted successfully into Target's system, then we do not know why they have rejected it.  It passed all our syntax checks, but once the document was opened a read by Target, if it is an error notification, they did not like something they read in it.

To find out what that would be, you will need to reach out to Target and ask for clarification on the error message.  Once that is done, if you have questions on how to make that change, please contact our customer support team and we can take a look and assist at that point.

Thank you,

SPS Commerce Infinite Retail Power

Usually last few lines in small print tell you what issue is, e.g. No ASN received, Duplicate invoice sent etc. They also give you a number to call if you do not understand the message. mll

Thanks for your help, I finally resolved my issue after speaking with about 6 SPS web forms reps on the chat.
