Good afternoon Vicki-

Thank you for posting to the Support Center!

I looked into our systems and I do not see that Remittance advice anywhere in there. In this situation you would want to confirm with Sears RIM that they in fact did send this document. If they confirm that they did then please follow back up and we can try and gather the raw data from them for that and look into this further.
