New to SPS, when I create a label for Home Depot I have 2 problems. 1, how do I save the label to my computer?  I have copackers that I need to be able to send the label to.  2, when I try to print a label for my facility it will not print on my DYMO thermal printer, only top left corner prints and that is it.  Thanks!

Greetings Tyler,

You can print the label as a .pdf document and save it to your desktop.

You can access the cutepdfwriter software from this link www.cutepdf.com.

Which web browser are you using when trying to print your labels?

Also can you please try these steps below:

1.       Go to the start menu

2.       Go to Printers and Faxes.

3.       This may also be called Printers and maybe located under settings or settings and then control panel.

4.       Right click on the printer you are trying to print the document to.

5.       Choose properties in the drop down menu.

6.       Go to the Advance Tab

7.       Click next to Print directly to printer.

8.       If the option is grayed out they do not have admin rights to this. You will need to speak with their IT department.

9.     Push Apply

10.   Push Ok
