RPA instead of ASN requirement only

We received 6 direct to stores POs on Feb 23 that require RPA instead of ASN only. .

Please fix so we could process ASN ASAP as the due date is March 2 or is it possible to bypass the RPA for PO Nos. 03281488,032814489,032814490,032814491,032814492 and 03281493.

Thank you for the quick response. In case you were not able to connect with Daisy, here is the explanation why the orders only need ASN:
The orders are all direct to stores and not to the warehouse. Only DC or warehouse shipments need RPA - to schedule pick up by CTC. Direct ship PO just need ASN to let the stores know the products are coming and are always ship via Purolator. In the past, the RPA is always crossed and does not appear as a requirement at the bottom of the PO. We do not want to get penalty for not submitting RPA.

Hello Daisy/Rosalinda,

I looked into PO: 03281488 as an example and see you have not yet
created any Related Documents (i.e. RPA, ASN, Invoice). Comparing a
recent example you provided exactly one week ago when working with my
colleague Katelyn (PO: 01866262), I see that PO was also a Direct to
Store PO and you successfully bypassed creating an RPA (as the PO Notes
indicate you may), then proceeded to send the ASN and from it, the
Invoice.


I further see that for the PO: 03281488 you provided in the Support
Center post, the ASN option is available via Next Steps. Once complete,
you will be able to create the ASN from the Invoice, in the exact same
manner as you did with last week's PO. Like last week, you can bypass
the RPA and you will be just fine.


I hope this helps reiterate how to process these Direct to Store CTC
POs. Please feel free to reply to this email or give us a call if you
