Routing requests not showing in Ad Hoc Reporting

Routing requests not showing in Ad Hoc Reporting and not being received by Amazon.  We had two routing requests that were transmitted on 9/29/17 that aren't showing up in reporting for that day and Amazon's Vendor Central website is not showing them either.  Document ID 8543 and 8544 for PO numbers 8FMJS5EX and 2Y9DNQMA.  There are no errors indicating their was anything wrong with the files or transmission.  Can you confirm if these files were received by SPS Commerce and if so what the problem might be with processing them?

This is an urgent matter as we receive chargebacks from Amazon for not shipping on time.

Upon further investigation, it looks like none of our Routing Requests that were transmitted today are showing up in Ad Hoc Reporting either.  We sent over 9 Routing Requests this afternoon.  It looks like the last Routing Requests that are showing up in reporting are from 9/27/17.  Please look into this ASAP.

Hello,

In looking at this I do see that those routing requests went out on the 2nd and do see successful dataflow with 753's on the 2nd and yesterday

Do you know the reason for the delay in processing?  Some of them were transmitted on 9/29 and others around 1:30pm EST on 10/2, but they weren't processed until almost midnight on 10/2.  Any delay in processing these files could lead to us receiving chargebacks from Amazon for not routing on time.
