Revise ASN- UCC Label

I submitted my ASN with the wrong shipment information, how do I resubmit? I generated my UCC label, but it only generated 1 label, but my shipment has 45 cartons.

Thank you for posting to the Support Center!

Unfortunately, once a document is sent, we can not retrieve it.  The best practice is to recreate and resend it to the trading partner with the correct information in it.  It's always good to loop them in and send them an email letting them know they should disregard the first one and use the second one.

There are times when a retailer may be an item tracking retailer and when you go to recreate the ASN it will be greyed out and crossed off or when you try to pack the items: none load in.  This means the retailer has put restrictions on this function and you will need to call in to the support team and they can reset the document for you and assist you in creating a new one.
