Hi All

I submitted the ASN for PO# 85631240596 (Bay) but I got an error message. The Bay was looking into it and should have fixed the problem, they asked me now to resubmit the ASN. How can I do this? I need to resend ASN # 8 which is currently in my sent Webforms.

Good Morning,

You can resend that exact ASN by following the steps below:

  1. Find the document in your account.
  2. Place a check mark in the 'Status' column.
  3. Go down to the 'Select an action' menu near the bottom of the page.
  4. Choose 'Requeue'.
Be sure to only do this once.  The document timestamp in your account will not change, but the document will resend.  Please let me know if you have any additional questions.  Have a great Tuesday!

Hi Paul,

I just did the 4 steps as outlined from you, the document is now in bold and it shows the sign for an unread doucment in the "Status" column. Does this mean that the document has been resent?
