resending forms

Customer states they haven't receieved 2 whole months of invoices sent through SPS.  If I resend them all do I have to pay again to resend forms already sent?  We don't have a flat fee account.

If there are no changes that need to be made to those documents and they were sent within the last 13 months, please contact our Support team - we can resend the documents at no additional charge.

However, if any changes need to be made to the invoices or they are older than 13 months, they will, unfortunately, need to be resent and you will be charged again.
