We shipped an order yesterday from our warehouse in Canada and I was under the assumption that the order shipped complete. However, after I sent the ASN, our team in Canada told me that 2 items didn't ship, which means I need to send an accurate ASN. The items were going to Nordstrom and Nordstrom told me to submit a corrected ASN with the same ASN number so it will overlay the existing information in their system. However, I don't believe I can change the number of an ASN. Is this possible? The ASN number was 170 and the PO of that shipment was 22094246.
