Require update to Cross Reference table - Case #02625627

I've emailed to open case #02625627 and attached a spreadsheet with 3 items I need added to our UPC to Item ID cross reference table for McKesson Canada.  Please see PO #012412 for reference.  I was told it is sometimes faster to put a request through this support site rather than email but I didn't know how to attach the information needed for this request so I emailed it first.

When this has been updated, please let me know.  I have already processed the above PO though our system by manually editing it but would like to test again once updates are done.  Others process the orders so I will need to intercept this PO to prevent duplicate processing.

I have looked into this case and see that it was completed at this time.  Your cross references have been added.  You should be able to work with that PO at this time.  If you need any further assistance, reply back to the email that was sent to you with the case number.  That will reopen the case and the analyst can assist you from there.

Hi Katrina,

I have not had a reply stating my case has been handled or that it is closed and I just received another PO that did not process so this has not been addressed.  Please check this case again.  PO #012686 contains the 3 items to be added - line #'s 6,14 and 17.

Sorry about the confusion, I went back and added them to both the McKesson and McKesson Canada cross references and then sent you an email from the case for verification.  If anything else comes up, please reply to that email and I can assist from there.
