Replying back to a message and closing an order

Hello I need to know how do you reply do a  message in the portal when it is in changed status  and how do I close an order once it has shipped.

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

In the WebForms platform, you can only send the created reply documents back to your trading partner.  For example: If you receive a PO into WebForms you can only reply back to it with the requested documents from the retailer: these are usually: 855, 856, and 810.

If they send you a text message through WebForms, alerting you to something out of the ordinary (these are usually error messages), you can not reply back though WebForms. You will have to reply through other communication methods if you have additional questions.  These documents are designed to simply send you a message in text form.

In WebForms you can not close an order once it has been shipped.  You can archive the document once you are completely done creating documents off it (this is usually after you have invoiced it).  However, you can make notes in the label column

in the inbox saying the order is closed.

To do that, simply click into the label field by the document and it will allow you to type a message to label the document for your records.
