Hi, can someone help me with PO# 87254. We (Smartshake) are trying to acknowledge a PO for our retailer Vitamin Shoppe, but we are getting this "repetition error" as mentioned. The Items Information tab seems to want to keep adding repeat items to the PO# but we only have 2 line items. Also, I am unsure of all the required fields on the Header Tab. Any help is appreciated.

Hi Celeste,

I had a chance to log into your account and try out the PO Acknowledgement for Vitamin Shoppe.  I didn't come across this error, but I did notice there is sort of a hidden field on the form that without expanding the window or scrolling you could potentially miss.

On the header tab, it looks like I only needed to add the acknowledgment type (which will vary based on whether or not you can fill the order/items) and the state field.

On the item information tab, I first clicked the + to add both items.  Here is where you will want to expand the window or scroll to the right.  There is an additional field for each item called 'Line Item Acknowledgement'.  You will want to click on this box, then click the plus sign once and add the item status. Depending on what you select, you may need to included the quantity/Unit of Measure and Current Ship Date.  You will want to do this one time for each item.  Once you do this, you shouldn't need to add any additional information to the form and can click the check button to verify if there are any errors.

Thank you, this helped tremendously!!! However, on PO#89470 do you think you can reset it? Somehow it is showing that the Order Acknowledgement, ASN, and Invoice steps have already been completed, but we have not done so yet. This is another order for Vitamin Shoppe. Thank you!!!

Hi Celeste,

I had a chance to look at that order.  It looks like it is still showing in a status of 'New' (bold) in your account.  Once you click on the order to view it, those options will become available.

Hi, it is bold but for some reason when I click on the orange arrow for "Next Steps" it is showing that I have completed the acknowledgement, ASN, and invoice but I actually haven't done any of those functions myself. Not sure why they are showing as completed? Any additional advice?

Hi Celeste,

Since that is new, those are greyed out in order to sort of force you to read the order before creating return documents.  In this case it is not that you completed them yet, but just that you haven't read the order yet.  Once you read the order, the next steps options will no longer be crossed off.
