How do I remove items from a PO? Both on the PO Acknowledgment, ASN and Invoice.

Thank you for posting to the Support Center!

Once a document it sent, if it transmitted to the trading partner successfully, you can not edit it at a later date.  So, you will not be able to remove items from a sent POA, ASN, and Invoice.

You will also not be able to edit a PO.  The sender can either send a replacement PO, or, if they have the ability, they can send a PO Change that will remove the item.

However, if you have a PO that has an unwanted item on it, but have not created any documents off that PO yet (POA, ASN, invoice), you can simply not put that item on those documents and move forward with the rest of the order.

I would recommend communicating in the POA that you will not be shipping the item with the detail level the POA for the retailer specifies (it varies between retailer what information they would like back).

Beyond, that you can simply work with the rest of the order and not add that item as you create the documents.
