I don't receive rejection notice by email. What can I do?

Loblaw told me I am suppose to receive this notice via email when I have rejected invoices. So we have rejected invoices but we don't receive rejection notice by email.

Hi Emilie,

Thank you for posting! Do you know if this is something that will be posting in WebForms, and then you would receive an email notifications of a New WebForms Document? Because I do see a couple of Text Message rejections sent from Loblaws from October 27th that arrived in your WebForms account. Otherwise, if Loblaws is sending rejections directly to your email, we wouldn't have as much insight in to that. Please let me know if you aren't receiving our email notifications, or if we can provide further clarification.

See below for what loblaw told me about the rejection notice.


When you enter a load into SPS it downloads into our system.  Our system still indicates that these particular loads still need to be entered because even though the load got submitted it would have rejected.  Please check for the 864 rejection notice that would be sent (via email) if a load gets rejected after it gets submitted.  The rejection notice details as to why it got rejected.   Please advise of the rejection notice received so it can be reviewed ̧


According to this I only receive New WebForms Documents with text message/Report: Reject document. How can I know, with this document, why my invoice is rejected. Do I need to contact Loblaw or is there any place in SPS where I can see that?

Hi Emilie,

You can see some notes about the rejection on the Text Messages that you receive in WebForms. Ultimately, however, if you need to get further clarification it would be best to contact Loblaws. They are the ones rejecting the invoices, so they would be able to provide a full reason as to why they are rejecting them.
