I'm having ERROR messages charge backs coming back to me when I click "send" through to Target. This is for when I'm doing pallet label information when we're shipping out pallets for Target. Please help. Peni

Hi Peni,

Thank you for your post!  I took a look at the error you received:

ITEM LEVEL: THE CASE UPC USED AT THE MAN02 ELEMENT CANNOT BE THE SAME AS THE ITEM LEVEL UPC LOCATED IN LIN SEGMENT.

The MAN02 element referenced in this message sources in from the "I 2 of 5/UPC Selling Code" field on the ASN.  The LIN segment referenced in this message applies to the item information in your Ship Notice. This item information is automatically sourcing into your ASN from your Purchase Order.  The text message is being sent because the UPC that is pulling in for each item matches the number you are entering in the MAN02 field mentioned above.  Instead of entering your UPC, you can enter the 14-digit carton case code number from your "I-2 of 5" label.  If you do not have that, please reach out to Target to make sure you entering the correct information.

The message also mentions the following information:

CORRECT FOR FUTURE TRANSMISSIONS

Usually when we see this, the ASNs will be accepted as is, however you may want to confirm that Target has not dropped these from their system.  Please let me know if you have any further questions on this!
