Proof of Delivery Not Received by Walmart

Submitted Invoices to Walmart but received notice of "Proof of Delivery Not Received" on my remittances. How do I submit POD? We are a Collect Shipping vendor for Walmart.

Hi Lisa!

The proof of delivery is something that you would work out with your Carrier and with Walmart, as it is not sent on any EDI documents transmitted by SPS. I recommend working with your specific carrier to see what proof of delivery they offer, and then reaching out to Walmart to see how they prefer to receive this information!

Thanks Allie! I usually use the SPS Integration Adapter for all of our Walmart POs and Invoices. But a set of my invoices were rejected by the adapter and I had to hand-key them. Every one of them came back "POD Not Received" so I assumed I must have missed entering the shipment info. But when I went back to the invoice, it didn't give me a place to enter the Load Number so I tried to create an ASN...didn't work. I will track down my shipper BOLs and try to contact Walmart directly on this. Thanks again!
