Problems when trying to print to a pdf from EDI

I recently got a new computer and since then I haven't been able to print to a pdf from EDI.  I can print, however the pdf that is produced is just a mix of letters and numbers with none of the original documents information.  I have checked with Adobe and there are no updates to download.  Has anybody had this problem before?  Thanks!

Hi Kell,

Thank you for posting! I think it would help us to understand a few things to try and help out here:

1) Are you using a PC or a Mac?
2) What browser are you using?
3) What actions are taking to print to the documents? Are you opening the POs and trying to print to PDF? Or using the Select an Action menu to "Print Documents"?

Let us know, and we can see if we can recreate on our end. Typically, we print to PDF using a PDF writer (like CutePDF) to achieve the best results.
