Our computers had a windows update this week, and since then printing documents from SPS is a problem. I'm trying to print a pick list in related documents from a PO, it displays in the window but when it prints the paper has "HTTP Status 404 - /wfds/ERE96JX7.htm" and it says the requested source is not available. Also to print invoices you can only print one at a time, if you try a batch it won't work.

This is using internet explorer. Please fix this ASAP.

We are having the same problem over here. I'm assuming because JAVA is no longer supported in the older version. Unfortunately, we can't completely use the new SPS Fulfillment yet because it doesn't show all of the required documents that we receive in our inbox. This is ridiculous!!

I got a reply from SPS, they say now we have to switch to Google Chrome to be able to print. I expressed my frustration about jumping through Chrome, to Firefox, to explorer and now back to Chrome through time. That is totally unacceptable! We also tried using Firefox this time but doesn’t work either.

So the only solution is to switch to Chrome now until they decide this doesn't work anymore and we need to switch to something else.

Okay, I will have to switch to Chrome then. Thanks so much Carlos and I appreciate it! Hopefully, they will switch back to Internet Explorer because I do prefer to use that instead of the others.

I was able to resolve this in IE by using the fix in KB4032782.

It's the relevant Microsoft article about the issue we are having. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4032782/a-blank-page-or-404-error-prints-when-you-try-to-pr...

There is a link to a patch you can install to fix the issue in SPS.

Installing this patch is better than removing the 4021558 update, but it does leave you vulnerable to CVE-2017-8529.

Hmm, it sounds like a disease. I'm not sure if I want to leave myself vulnerable to it... Carlo's what do you think?

not sure either, plus I have Win 10, don't know if that fix will solve it since it's for an earlier version. Cody, what version do you have?

I'm using windows 7x64 with IE11. The patch is specific to IE11 and lists these operating systems as affected by the issue. It does not mention Windows 10.

Windows Server 2012 R2

Windows 8.1

Windows Server 2008 R2

Windows 7
