Hi,

Regarding Nordstrom PO 05515145-0599, there are two cartons going to one store (#808). The total order for this store is as follows:
SKU AF690-44:  36 units
SKU AF692-46: 18 units
SKU BF137: 8 units

Carton #1 contains the following:
SKU AF690-44:  36 units
SKU AF692-46: 8 units

Carton #2 contains the following:
SKU AF692-46: 10 units
SKU BF137: 8 units

When entering the pack info/repetitions, I did the following:
Left 'shipped qty' as it automatically populates, i.e. the entire store order. For 'pack info 1 of 2' and 'pack info 1 of 2,' I entered in 'qty per carton' exactly how many were going in that carton, i.e. only part of the 'shipped qty.'

I saved it this way, but when I go back to review the ASN the 'qty per carton' appears to have been automatically changed to the full 'shipped qty.' In my specific case, it shows that BOTH cases each have 18 units of SKU AF692-46. This is obviously incorrect - please help!

Many thanks,
Isaac

Hi Isaac,

Thank you for posting!  I logged into your account as your descriptive (thank you!) process above seemed to be correct.  What I did catch, however, was the "shipped qty" will actually need to be changed to the quantity being shipped in that particular carton.  It automatically sources as generally we see the shipped quantity equal to the total amount ordered.  In ensuring that this is correct, I did make the adjustment to your draft.  Please review and let me know if you have any further questions!

Will it matter if I printed the labels before you fixed it? The ASN itself hasn't been submitted yet.

Great question!  Yes, any time we change information on the Order tab, we will need to reprint the labels to ensure they properly align with how the items are being packed.

Please do let me know if you have any further questions!
